Banisters Leadership Academy’s mission is to strengthen youth and families through leadership. 

Banisters Leadership Academy will dedicate time, energy, and resources to marginalized communities across Nebraska, helping all youth and families to have the same opportunities as others.

We aim to provide all youth with motivation, mentoring, tutoring, and leadership skills. Our focus is to design an academy where they can learn social, life, and leadership skills that they may use in school, home, and other areas of life where they will need to overcome adversities.

Banisters Leadership Academy is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law.

Sponsorships

Because of support from our sponsors, Banisters Leadership Academy (BLA) can provide programs to strengthen youth and their families across all counties in Nebraska. We work closely with school districts, state agencies, and other community organizations throughout Nebraska to connect with at-risk youth and families who benefit from our leadership-centered development programs.

BLA’s enrichment and personal development activities engage youth in leadership and empowerment, mentoring, and strategies for academic success. By building skills in these areas — everything from finances to relationships — these students and their families are better prepared for success in life.
